TEMPOart Artists at Play: Pame Chévez | Intro to Mural Making

This summer, Children’s Museum and Theatre of Maine (CMTM) is proud to present the Artist at Play series hosted by TEMPOart! Artist and designer Pame Chévez believes in meaningful and powerful projects no matter the size. Chévez’s work is at the intersection of art and tech, and is driven by curiousity and authenticity. During this special workshop, participants will work with Pame to transform a surfboard into a marine scene with pre-made stencils to design the scene together. Once we trace the scene, we will paint the board with the guidance of the artists. Free-choice materials will also be available and all ages are welcome.
