This summer, Children’s Museum and Theatre of Maine (CMTM) is proud to present the Artist at Play series hosted by TEMPOart! verónica A. pèrez (she/they) is an artist exploring erasure, identity, and interdependency through personal work and community-driven braiding circles workshops.
verónica will work with guests in this special workshop to share the process of making a bracelet, associating each knot or bead with a memory. Participants can choose beads to represent things that are important to them that they want to remember and reflect on. It can also be a memory bracelet—using beads to represent specific memories you have.
